One New Change

Land Securities One New Change is a genuine landmark development, liberating new public space in the form of a rooftop terrace providing breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the City skyline.

Designed by internationally acclaimed French Architect Jean Nouvel, the new building incorporates 560,000 sq ft (52,024 sq m) of retail floorspace as well as providing the last word in contemporary office space. It is due for completion in November 2010.
